Using the ZenPulse device is simple and straightforward. Just follow these easy steps for effective use:
1 Charge Up - Make sure your ZenPulse device is fully charged before use. A maximum charge time of 30 minutes is sufficient. Avoid charging for more than two hours to prevent potential overcharging and damage.
2 Power On - After charging, press and hold the power button on the side of the device for 5 seconds to turn it on.
By default, the device will start in low-frequency mode, designed for left-hand use to help reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance overall relaxation.
3 Position Your ZenPulse - For best results, place the device on the PC8 acupressure point and the triple warmer meridian TW3/TW2 (see the image below). Holding the device in your left hand activates low-frequency mode, ideal for sleep and relief from insomnia, anxiety, or stress. To focus and boost concentration, use your right hand to hold the device, which activates high-frequency mode (press the power button again to switch modes). Proper placement is crucial for effective results—incorrect positioning may reduce effectiveness.
If you don't immediately feel the pulses, press the '+' button three to four times and adjust the device to the correct point. You can then set the intensity to your preferred comfort level.
4 Time for Rest - ZenPulse devices feature a 20-minute automatic shut-off, so you don’t need to worry about turning it off as you relax or fall asleep.
Testing Your Device
1 Charge the device for 1 hour.
2 After charging, turn on the device and you should see a light.
3 Increase the power by pressing the '+' button a few times.
4 Place your finger on the round button in the center while touching the other metal part of the device.
If you can feel the pulses, your device is working correctly and is ready for use in the palm of your hand.
